Delete Your AI Soccer Assistant Account

AI Soccer Assistant users can request deletion of their account and associated personal data at any time.

How to delete your account

Option 1: In the app

• Open AI Soccer Assistant.
• Go to Profile.
• Select Delete Account.
• Follow the confirmation steps shown in the app.

Option 2: Email request

Email support@paei.ai from the email address used for your AI Soccer Assistant account. Use the subject line "Delete AI Soccer Assistant Account" and include the account email address you want deleted.

Data deleted

When your account is deleted, we delete or anonymize personal data associated with your account, including:

• Account profile information, such as email address and display name.
• App preferences and settings.
• Conversation history and AI prompt history stored by AI Soccer Assistant.
• Training progress, routines, usage counts, and generated soccer content associated with your account.
• Referral-code attribution connected to your user account, where applicable.

Data retained

We may retain limited information where required for legal, security, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or payment-record purposes. Subscription billing records may also remain with Apple, Google Play, or other payment processors according to their policies.

Backup copies may persist for up to 30 days after deletion before being removed from backup systems.

Processing time

We aim to complete deletion requests within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law or necessary for security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.
